At You! Lingerie, we take great pride in our reputation for high quality and excellent value and we stand behind every one of our designs. So we are sure you will absolutely LOVE your You! Lingerie purchase, but if you are dissatisfied with one of our products for any reason, you may return it to us within 60 days of your receipt date to receive a prompt refund or store credit.  

Hassle-Free Return Policy - Free return shipping on US orders!

  • Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of receipt for refunds or store credit.
  • You! Lingerie provides complimentary shipping on returns to U.S. addresses only.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed (This includes product with deodorant stains, other stains, perfume smells, cigarette smells, etc. You wouldn't want one of these, so please do not try to return one like that, thank you :-) If you still choose to return an item that is clearly worn or ineligible for return, we will ship it back to you at your expense or COD)
  • Merchandise must have all tags, hangtags attached and must be returned in the pink You! Lingerie branded polybag. No exception.
  • We do not accept returns on panties for hygiene reasons. No exceptions. If you return panties, we will discard them and will not ship them back to you.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Merchandise purchased on sale at 40% or more off discount cannot be returned. Please note that the items are so heavily discounted that we cannot accept them back. 
  • Only items purchased directly from our online store are eligible for returns.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds back to your original form of payment must be completed within 60 days (Sorry mamas, our bank makes this rule, not us!). After 60 days, we will issue your refund via paypal.
  • Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $4.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. 
  • If you received FREE SHIPPING with your order and you request a return for refund, we will deduct our original shipping cost from your total refund due as you are no longer be eligible for free shipping.

Exchanges

  • We do not accept exchanges at this time. 

International Returns

  • For international returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to us. Please make sure you can track your package, we will not be responsible for lost packages.
  • You must return your unworn and unwashed items with all original hangtags within 60 days from the day you received your package for refunds or store credit.
  • Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $4.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. 
  • You will receive your refund in the original form of payment within 60 days of receipt.
  • We do not accept returns on panties for hygiene reasons. No exceptions. If your return panties, we will discard them and will not ship them back to you.
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
  • Please write your order # on the outside of the package.

Submitting a Return

All returns (both international and US) must be processed using our our Returns Manager page. To start your return, all you need is your email address and order number.

Please note: All returns, whether for refund or store credit, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products that are returned without prior RMA and the RMA# clearly printed on the returned shipping label will be refused and sent back to the sender.

To streamline the processing, our distribution center processes received returned items on Wednesdays.
