What is the status of my order?

Please note that, once orders are placed, we work our hardest to get your order out the door to you as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. However, during holidays and high volume sales events, shipping may be delayed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it.

How do I know what size I need?

Visit our "How to Measure" page for details on determining the best size for you.

What's your return policy?

At You! Lingerie, we take great pride in our reputation for high quality and excellent value and we stand behind every one of our designs. So we know you will absolutely LOVE your You! Lingerie purchase, but if you are dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason, please return unworn products to us within 30 days of the original ship date to receive a prompt store credit for product purchase amount or a payment refund (less handling fee of $7.95) or store credit. The only exceptions for returns are panties (for hygiene reasons), items marked as final sale and products purchased during sales of 40% or more off. ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING THESE SALES EVENTS ARE FINAL AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.

How do I return my order?

If you would like to make a return, please use our Return Portal app. We use this to help manage our returns and keep you informed on the status of your return. If you attempt to return your products without contacting us first, your package may not be accepted and returned to sender.

Why does my international tracking say Miami?

We ship all international packages via USPS. For this reason, your tracking may stop in Miami and we may have no way to track your package beyond there. You should expect your package to arrive in about 5-15 business days from the time it is shipped.

Whoops! I ordered the wrong size or put in my address wrong. What should I do?

If you realize your address is wrong or you’ve purchased the wrong size, notify us ASAP before we ship out your order. We will work to modify your order. However, if your order has shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
