What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order online...visit our Order Status page . You will need your order number and email address.

Please note that, once orders are placed, we work our hardest to get your order out the door to you as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. However, during holidays and high volume sales events, shipping may be delayed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it.

How do I know what size I need?

What's your return policy?

At You! Lingerie, we take great pride in our reputation for high quality and excellent value and we stand behind every one of our designs. So we are sure you will absolutely LOVE your You! Lingerie purchase, but if you are dissatisfied with one of our products for any reason, you may return it to us within 270 days (YUP! That’s a whopping 9 months) of the original ship date to receive a prompt refund or exchange.

The only exceptions are panties (for hygiene reasons) and items marked as final sale and products purchased during sales of 30% or more off. ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING THESE SALES EVENTS ARE FINAL AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. Please visit our Returns page for full details

I'm in the US. How do I return my order for a refund or exchange?

For all eligible orders, we will refund or exchange any unworn products (excluding panties). For US orders, we will send you a return shipping label. If you would like to schedule a return, please follow the following steps:

Step 1: Send us an email for a shipping label request to returns@you-lingerie.com. Please put "Requesting Return Label" in the title and in the body of the email provide:

  • Your name
  • Order #
  • Item(s) you are returning

Step 2: You! Lingerie will send you a printable return-shipping label via email within 2 business days

Step 3: Print and apply return label to your sealed package (**You must use our original packaging to ensure that postage is accurate**)

Step 4: Drop off at your local USPS location

Once your products have been received and inspected into our distribution facility then we will issue a refund less shipping charges. There is a $5 restocking fee for all refunded and exchanged products.

Why does my international tracking say Miami?

We ship all international packages via USPS. For this reason, your tracking will stop in Miami and we will have no way to track your package. You should expect your package in about 5-15 business days from the time it is shipped.

I'm a retailer interested in carrying You! Lingerie. Do you wholesale your products?

Whoops! I ordered the wrong size or put in my address wrong. What should I do?

If you realize your address is wrong or you’ve purchased the wrong size, notify us ASAP before we ship out your order. We will work to modify your order. However, if your order has shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
