What is your Standard Delivery? $10 Domestic Flat Rate

- Flat rate shipping and handling fee of $10 will be added to all orders shipped to all 50 states in the continental USA.
- We will ship your order within 1-2 business days.
- Your order will arrive within 5-10 business days in excellent condition.
- Your order will arrive by USPS Priority Mail service, UPS or Fedex.
Standard delivery includes FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail services to addresses within the United States. Our domestic flat shipping rate does not apply to international shipments and can only be applied to APO/FPO addresses when using a US ZIP Code.

To receive your order by Express Delivery (1-2 day delivery, excluding Sundays), please place your order by 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST cannot be guaranteed to ship same day. If we are unable to ship your order for Express Delivery, we will notify you by email.
Express Delivery will be sent through the UPS or FedEx only within the Continental US. Please note that not all addresses are eligible for this service.
Do you do international delivery?
We ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands using standard ground delivery via postal service for a flat rate of $25.

All prices referenced in this website are expressed in US dollars and your credit card will be charged using current exchange rates. Please note that your merchandise will be shipped as “merchandise” on the customs form and any taxes or customs charges will be your responsibility. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive.

Need to get a refund or exchange?
At You! Lingerie, we take great pride in our reputation for high quality and excellent value and we stand behind every one of our designs. So we are sure you will absolutely LOVE your You! Lingerie purchase, but if you are dissatisfied with one of our products for any reason, you may return it to us within 270 days (YUP! That’s a whopping 9 months) of the original ship date to receive a prompt refund or exchange.
Free Return Shipping (Both Ways!)
We are happy to provide complimentary shipping (both ways!) on returns and exchanges to U.S. addresses only. After your first FREE exchange, you will be charged for shipping any additional merchandise to you.
Please return all unworn lingerie garments in its original condition and original tags attached within 270 days of receipt. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges of lingerie garments that have already been worn or used. (This includes product with deodorant stains, other stains, perfume smells, etc.! You wouldn’t want one of these, so please do not try to return one like that, thank you :-0)
Additionally, please note that there are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on panties mainly because there is no way for us to tell if it has been worn. If you return panties, we will not accept them and will NOT ship it back to you.
Please note that our guarantee extends to the merchandise cost only, not shipping costs. If you received free shipping with your original order via a promotion, our original shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
Returns/Exchanges requested after 270 days will be NOT be accepted (Common, we think that’s pleeeeenty of time!). Garments that are damaged/visibly worn/stained or returned back without their original tags will NOT be eligible for an exchange or refund. We will send the garments back to you.
Only garments purchased directly from the You! Lingerie are eligible for an exchange or refund.
How To Send Back Your Return/Exchange
All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by a completed You! Lingerie Return Form (a copy is attached to your invoice). You can also print one here: You! Lingerie Return Form. We cannot take responsibility for returns we do not receive.
To return your merchandise, please follow the steps below:

STEP 2: You! Lingerie will send you a printable return-shipping label via email within 48 hours.
STEP 3: Print label, apply return label to your sealed package (**You must use our original packaging to ensure that postage is accurate**)
STEP 4: Drop off at your local USPS location
